🔧 Repair and Warranty Policy

All products in our shop are carefully handmade, one by one. Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight individual differences and natural variations in texture, but please understand that these are part of the product's unique character. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will provide repair services under the following conditions.

✅ Free repair (within 14 days of product arrival)

If any of the following manufacturing defects are found within 14 days of the product's arrival, we will repair it free of charge: UV resin products: detached parts, falling off charms, loose parts, etc. Applies to all products: detachment or falling off of metal fittings such as jump rings, clasps, and chain ends. 📝 Please note: Free repairs are limited to the repair work only. Round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

💸 Paid repair (after the 14th or for damage caused by the customer)

We will repair items for a fee in the following cases: Damage due to use, such as dropping, pulling, or compressing the product Cracks, discoloration, or scratches on UV resin products Damage to freshwater pearl products that occurs during use, such as bead scattering or thread breakage Deformation or malfunction of metal fittings or parts other than manufacturing defects

🔧 Estimated repair cost:

Repair details and estimated cost

  1. Minor repairs (replacement of stones or jump rings): 200-400 yen

  2. Minor repairs (parts replacement, etc.): 400-700 yen

  3. Major repairs (replacement of multiple parts, etc.): 700 yen or more

💬 We will inform you of the exact price after reviewing the product photos. We will proceed with the repair after receiving your approval.

📝 Repair process

  1. Please send us photos of the damaged product via email or through our contact form.

  2. We will inform you whether the repair is possible and provide you with an estimate.

  3. Please review the contents and return the product only after you have given your consent.

  4. The repair period will be approximately 5 to 10 business days (this may vary depending on the situation).

  3. Please remove and store the product when sleeping or bathing.

  4. Please be careful not to expose UV resin products to direct sunlight for extended periods.
